Client Experience
“When I first met Natalia, I was seeking help with addressing anxiety, low mood and energy, and overall well-being. As a working mom of 3, I felt burnt out and overwhelmed. I was looking for guidance and a way to achieve more balance and clarity in my life. Natalia is warm, professional and comprehensive in her intake process (and continues to be in subsequent sessions) to understand what may be beneficial at the time. She chooses the modalities for treatment based on my presenting needs and her expertise in the areas of Chinese Medicine. Her beautiful space invites healing and relaxation. Over the course of treatment, I have felt more grounded, clear and present in my life. The areas I initially came in for have improved and I have gained an overall greater sense of well being both mentally and physically. I now approach life with a greater sense of curiosity and find it easier to make choices that add to my wellness rather than deplete it. I am so glad I found Natalia and would recommend her services to anyone looking to improve their health.”

Over the course of 2 months, we were able to significantly reduce her anxiety, restore her energy levels, and help her regain mental clarity and emotional balance. Client Experience
"I first started seeing Natalia after a pregnancy loss, after reading about acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine for fertility support. From the very beginning, she met me with so much empathy and care, and I immediately felt supported and understood.
Natalia was also there for me through a second loss, and I'll never forget how compassionate and available she was — fitting me in on short notice and checking in via text/email in a way that genuinely helped during a really hard time. With a combination of acupuncture and herbs, she supported me through conception prep and ultimately a successful pregnancy (right through to cervical ripening and induction support when I went past my due date). She's also helped me with things like sleep and sore muscles along the way. Natalia is thoughtful, flexible, and truly cares — and her treatment space is beautiful and comforting."
— Valerie C.
Valerie came to us seeking support for her fertility journey, from pregnancy loss through preconception, pregnancy, and induction support. Over the course of one year, her treatment plan included weekly to biweekly acupuncture treatments during active conception phases and following her losses, and biweekly treatments during her successful pregnancy. We increased the frequency of her appointments to 1-2x/week in her last few weeks of pregnancy, and 3 times the week before she gave birth. We also provided a customized herbal medicine protocol tailored to each phase of her journey.

Postpartum & Motherhood Integration
The postpartum period is one of the most transformative—and often most challenging—times in a woman's life. The early years of motherhood can be equally difficult, with many women facing serious depletion and burnout.
Whether you're struggling with physical recovery, hormonal shifts, fatigue, sleep deprivation, emotional overwhelm, or burnout, you don't have to navigate it alone. We provide support to help you recover, rebuild, and find your footing as you integrate your new identity and adapt to your role as a mother.
We offer Acusculpting®, a specialized acupuncture protocol, to effectively soften and promote C-section scar healing, and to shape, lift, tighten, and firm belly and breast/chest tissue postpartum.
Who It's For:
Women in the postpartum period or in the early years of motherhood seeking physical, hormonal, and emotional support
What We Treat
Hormone recovery and regulation
Emotional regulation and nervous system support

Identity shifts and motherhood integration
Typical Commitment

Weekly to biweekly during acute phases, tapering down over time
Regular accountability, nutrition, and lifestyle support as needed
Whether you're a postpartum mother with a C-section scar or a woman living with scars from abdominal, laparoscopic, or breast surgery, scar release therapy can help restore physical function and support emotional reconnection with your body.
Using gentle techniques, including moxibustion and Acusculpting®, a specialized acupuncture protocol, we work to soften adhesions, improve circulation to the scar tissue, and release the physical and emotional patterns that can become stored in these areas.
Scar release therapy is typically integrated into postpartum care pathways or can be offered as a standalone service. Treatment frequency depends on scar age, severity of adhesions, and your body’s response.

Laparoscopic scars
Abdominal surgery scars
Breast surgery scars

Real healing takes time
For most of the health concerns we treat in our clinic, there is no magic quick fix. Our goal is always to provide relief as quickly as possible while building the foundations for long-term change. We provide support and accountability while we work together, and we give you the tools to manage your healing at home so you can take your health into your own hands.
Over the course of several weeks or months, we pace your visits based on your progress, with fewer visits generally required over time as your body responds to treatments and lifestyle changes. Typical timelines for our common health concerns are outlined below for your reference. A discovery call or initial appointment is an ideal next step to get clarity on what to expect.
