This appointment can be booked as either an initial or subsequent visit for those seeking guidance without acupuncture or herbal prescriptions. It provides dedicated time and space to discuss your health concerns through the lens of Chinese Medicine. The consultation includes a pattern diagnosis along with personalized lifestyle and dietary recommendations tailored to support your well-being.

Initial appointments include a comprehensive intake session, an acupuncture treatment (which may incorporate cupping or gua sha), and, if appropriate, a customized herbal prescription.

These follow-up sessions focus on continued treatment without the initial intake process. They include acupuncture and, if appropriate, the implementation or continuation of a customized herbal prescription to support your ongoing care.

Available for existing clients who have an established treatment plan. This session is focused solely on acupuncture, without in-depth discussions, new herbal prescriptions, or major adjustments. Ideal for maintaining progress and continuity of care.

These can be booked as either an initial appointment ($80) or a subsequent appointment ($50).

Herbal assessments include a thorough intake and a customized herbal prescription but do not include acupuncture treatment.

Please note: The cost of herbs is not included in the appointment price. The total cost will vary based on the specific herbs prescribed and the duration of use. Expect to pay approximately $15–$30 for a week’s supply. Herbal prescriptions are prepared in-office for your convenience.

NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) is a specialized acupuncture protocol used to support individuals in overcoming addictions to substances and behaviors. This treatment is designed to help re-regulate the nervous system during withdrawal and recovery.

NADA sessions are short and offered at a low cost, as they are most effective when received 2–3 times per week during the withdrawal process.
