– Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance incur no charge.

– Cancellations within 24–48 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee.

– Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged 100%.

If you have or are eligible for extended MSP benefits, you can have $25 subsidized for each treatment (there is an annual limit).

If you have been in a recent car accident or have an existing ICBC claim, these reports can also be submitted on your behalf for coverage.
