Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy
Using Chinese Medicine principles and diagnostics through the tool of acupuncture and moxibustion as a method to regulate and restore qi and yang.
Incredibly effective for both simple and stubborn complaints. Typically a minimum of 1-3 sessions, 1-2x/week consecutively for most acute/new conditions. A longer treatment session of weekly -biweekly visits for 3+ months is typical for chronic, stubborn issues.

Individual Herbal Prescriptions
Chinese Herbal Medicine is the most systematized, clinically sophisticated, and nuanced herbal medicine system still taught and practiced in the world today.
At Verdure Health I run the only raw Chinese herbal dispensary in Sooke. Individualized herbal assessment is included in every appointment for those that wish for it, but the herbs themselves cost approximately $15-$20/week.
